Yoga is the study of self. Practiced through mindfulness and relaxation techniques, physical movement, and self-discovery, yoga greatly reduces the effects of stress. Yoga creates feelings of empowerment, safety, patience, and trust. This sense of well-being enhances relationships within the family and community.
What we do: We help people discover their full potential through the practice of yoga.
Why we do it: We believe that yoga is a powerful tool for wellness and that all people should have access to it.

Adults, senior citizens and school age children
Veterans, domestic violence survivors and prison inmates
