Nearly one-third of Americans are sleep deprived according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. Other studies have linked the lack of sleep to depression, a weaker immune system, memory and cognition issues, as well as obesity, high blood pressure and fatigue. As the spouse of a wounded warrior with post-traumatic stress (PTS) and traumatic brain injury (TBI), Pamela experienced sleep deprivation along with her husband. She took Ambien to make it through the day, but this was only a temporary solution. Pamela knew she had to get back to her regular yoga practice to truly experience sound and restful sleep. Now it has become her purpose-driven passion to help caregivers, military family members, veterans and others feel more relaxed, a renewed sense of calm, and get a good night’s sleep.   The mission of Yoga2Sleep is to assist the tired, restless and sleep deprived by serving communities through a deep passion for yoga. We encourage the wonder and discovery of an exciting, holistic way to channel energy so that rest and slumber come easier. Yoga2Sleep’s services help clients decrease stress levels to get better sleep for the best life.   With our exemplary service we provide the following competencies: Yoga Instruction and Consultation Private Sessions and Group Series Health and Wellness Speaking Engagements Therapeutic Yoga and Complementary & Alternative Therapies
